We’re here to help you every step of the way

Our Australian based Trainer Support team will actively provide support to your employees along their training journey. We encourage your employees to meet with their trainer or any member of the Upskilled staff if they have questions or concerns about they training. Our Trainer Support team have the resources available to help you achieve the required level of competency in all qualifications. In the event that personal circumstances interfere with your progress, please encourage your employees to contact our Trainer Support team. If your employee needs exceed our capacity to provide additional support, we will refer them onto an appropriate external agency.

Flexible Delivery & Assessment Procedures

At Upskilled, we recognise that everyone learns differently. We’re committed to making any reasonable adjustments to meet the needs of a variety of employees looking to train with us.

For example, if your employees have difficulty with written assessments, this doesn’t need to be a barrier to competency.
Common adjustments include having someone read assessment materials to the participant, or having someone record a participant’s spoken responses to assessment questions. If we cannot assist, we’ll refer the process to an appropriate outside agency that can help.

Trainer Support

Upskilled understands the importance of continued support, advice, and guidance throughout the learning process. For that reason, we ensure our trainers are available to provide feedback on assessments, assist in the understanding of course materials, and answer any questions you may have.
