Sadiq joined Upskilled during its start-up phase in May 2009. Responsible for setting up the Operations Team, he has also played an integral role in building and growing our Sales and Customer Service capability. In 2012, Sadiq was appointed as CEO and is charged with taking Upskilled to the next level. Before joining Upskilled, Sadiq had more than 6 years in the IT industry, and 5 years in the education sector with a leading RTO. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics, and has completed postgraduate studies in Information Systems Management. Sadiq is passionate about the education sector and with over 10 years experience, Sadiq is committed in building a business focused on delivering results.
Michael CrumpGeneral Manager Marketing and Business Development
Michael joined the Upskilled team in August 2011 as National Marketing Manager and has since progressed into the role of General Manager Marketing and Business Development where he is responsible for Upskilled’s corporate offering. He is responsible for developing Upskilled’s brand and marketing strategy, and manages a small team of marketing specialists. Michael came to Upskilled from global education provider Study Group, where he was National Marketing Manager for its Career Education Division. Michael holds a Bachelor of Education (UOW) and Master of Business (Marketing) from the University of Sydney.
Michael WilliamsNational Training Manager
Commencing with Upskilled in 2010, Michael was initially tasked with developing Upskilled’s IT qualifications, and managing Upskilled’s overall compliance. In June 2016, Michael was appointed the National RTO Manager. He is now responsible for Upskilled’s training and assessment operations across all faculties, and ensures compliance with various state and commonwealth government standards in order to maintain Upskilled’s RTO status. Michael is responsible for making the magic happen and taking complex problems and creating robust and engaging solutions.
Sally McDonoughBusiness Development Manager QLD
Sally McDonough has been a passionate member of the Upskilled team since 2010; helping business partners improve productivity. She is passionate about employee job satisfaction and maintaining robust retention rates in today’s competitive market place.
She enjoys working with associations to promote the benefits of training to members, and specialises in developing customised training solutions and interactive staff training sessions. Her areas of expertise are training for business, hospitality, information technology, retail, aged care, community services, short courses and more.
Sally is excited about facilitating individuals to take control of their careers and upskilling to take on new responsibilities; or move into new fields, with the aim of improving their job security, career opportunities and lifestyle.
